Our team comprises Karim Abouhafes (President), Zahra Abouhafes (Vice President), Jamil Soltani (Treasurer), Vincent Guerin (IT) and Jean de Loynes.

With a master's degree in human rights and political and social sciences, Karim Abouhafes began his career at the Belgian Federal Public Service Foreign Affairs. He then sought opportunities in the private sector, particularly human resources and business. He soon turned to social entrepreneurship to use his professional experience and network to help jobseekers. This led to the founding of La Cravate Solidaire Belgique, which he leads as founder and president. He also advises organisations including YoungChangeMaker and the King Baudouin Foundation.

"I have been involved in several associations for around ten years and am honoured to contribute to La Cravate Solidaire Belgique. I know how essential support and advice are when starting a career. Making even a modest contribution to this social project gives me great personal satisfaction."
