Job interview preparation workshop

A success for our participants

On 15 March 2023, La Cravate Solidaire Belgique held an interview preparation workshop at our Charleroi premises. Around twenty jobseekers from the region attended.

The programme

The workshop covered several essential aspects of a successful interview.

Verbal and non-verbal communication

Our volunteers, who specialise in recruitment, shared advice on:

• Structuring answers
• Common questions and how to answer them
• The importance of body language
• Managing stress

Individual mock interviews

Each participant had the opportunity to practise with a professional recruiter. This practical experience helped them identify their strengths and areas for improvement.

Professional clothing

At the end of the workshop, every participant received professional clothing suited to their profile and needs.

Testimonials

"This workshop gave me the confidence I need for my next interview. The advice was very practical and the recruiters were very supportive." - Participant

"I finally understood why my previous interviews had not worked out. The advice on non-verbal communication was particularly useful." - Participant
